A leader among suppliers of fresh products from around the world for the HoReCa sector – hotels, restaurants, catering companies and retail chains. The company operates in four voivodeships: Mazowieckie, Łódź, Greater Poland and Lower Silesia. It has a warehouse with an area of 4,500 m², meeting the highest standards for storing fresh products.

Challenges before implementing OrderAI:

Every day, Bukat's customer service office receives up to several hundred orders – by email, SMS, telephone, including voice recordings. Handling these orders previously meant:

  • manual re-entering of data into systems

  • a time-consuming and costly manual data entry process - on average 15 minutes per order

  • overloading the customer service team

  • the need to hire more people in customer service

The OrderAI technology from Goodspeed, a logistics and technology group serving the catering and HoReCa industry, was designed to significantly speed up order handling, automate order intake, collect data regardless of format (voice, email, SMS/RCS, other) and order language, and enable simple integration.

We receive several hundred orders a day, which on a monthly scale meant several hundred hours of customer service work. Implementing Goodspeed's AI-based solution allowed us to make concrete time and financial savings. Now we can scale our business without engaging additional resources in office work.
