Goodspeed expands its delivery zone by 400 new locations: for dietary catering and e-grocery

Goodspeed, a leader in temperature-controlled logistics for the meal kit delivery industry, is expanding its delivery zone by another 400 locations in the following areas: Bielsko-Biała, Gdańsk, Kraków, Zakopane, Katowice, Siedlce, Częstochowa, Lublin, Gdynia, Elbląg and Malbork. As a result, the company now delivers to over 7,000 locations, both cities and smaller towns all over Poland.
The new locations are a response to the growing demand not only for boxed diets outside the largest agglomerations, but also deliveries for the rapidly growing e-grocery segment.
The expansion mainly concerns the regions of southern Poland, Pomerania and Warmia, as well as selected locations in the east of the country (Lublin, Siedlce), where Goodspeed is consistently densifying its delivery network. During the summer holiday season, Goodspeed additionally launched seasonal routes to Hel and the Vistula Spit.
Each subsequent expansion of the delivery zone is a response to specific demand reported by meal kit delivery manufacturers or sellers from the e-grocery market, who want to reach customers nationwide, in all regions of Poland, without building their own logistics infrastructure. In line with our assumptions, we are building the largest delivery network in Poland under refrigerated conditions - says Marcin Kichner, Chief Business Officer at Goodspeed.
Greater flexibility in delivery times
In parallel with the expansion of the delivery map, Goodspeed is making delivery times more flexible in selected zones served by the company. The change means that some deliveries will be completed even earlier than before - in line with expectations reported by many recipients.
This is a real improvement in the parameters of our service and greater flexibility for the end customer. Earlier collection of goods from producers is one of the elements of this change, but in parallel we are also optimising courier routes and entire logistics processes so that delivery reaches the consumer in an even better time window – adds Marcin Kichner, Chief Business Officer at Goodspeed.
According to data from the Meal Kit Delivery Map 2025 report, prepared by the Foodango platform and the Goodspeed group, 65% of all boxed diet deliveries in 2025 went to cities and towns with less than 500,000 residents. Large agglomerations with over 500,000 residents already accounted for 35% of delivery volume. The availability of meal kit delivery outside of big cities is becoming standard. Thanks to the growing availability of doorstep boxed diet deliveries, the market has ceased to be the exclusive domain of large cities.
Thanks to the support of Goodspeed, meal kit delivery manufacturers can enter the nationwide market practically overnight, with full logistical and technological support. The comprehensive Goodspeed group ecosystem for meal kit delivery caterers consists of temperature-controlled logistics, the Caterings CRM system, the Foodango.pl sales platform and StockEasy, a purchasing platform for the catering industry and a tool for foodcost control.
