Goodspeed expands its delivery range. It will reach an additional 600 thousand residents in Poland.

Goodspeed, the leader in temperature-controlled logistics for the diet box industry, is expanding its delivery network by over 400 new locations in Poland.
This means that an additional 600 thousand residents across the country will be able to benefit from the services of dietary catering producers. As a result, Goodspeed already reaches nearly 6000 locations in Poland.
The expansion of delivery zones includes all voivodeships. The regions where the most new locations have been added are: Małopolskie, Śląskie, Łódzkie, Mazowieckie, and Warmińsko-Mazurskie.
The share of smaller towns in the diet box deliveries is increasing
Changes in the delivery structure clearly show that the share of large cities in the dietary catering market is systematically decreasing in favor of smaller towns.
In 2022, nearly half (47%) of all deliveries were made to cities with over 500 thousand residents. Close to three years later, in 2025, their share had fallen to 35% (as of the end of September 2025). During this period, the importance of smaller towns has clearly increased – villages, towns with less than 10 thousand, and locations up to 100 thousand residents now account for a combined 40% of all deliveries compared to 25% three years earlier.
A greater sales potential
Inclusion of additional towns into the delivery zones is an opportunity for companies producing dietary catering to increase sales and presence in previously underserved regions.
Just three years ago, dietary catering with delivery to your door was a product mainly available in large cities. Today we reach areas where just recently the logistics of diet boxes was unprofitable or technically difficult. We see the market is rapidly decentralizing – demand is increasing in smaller towns, and consumers, regardless of where they live, expect the same quality and regularity of deliveries. Over 400 new towns have been added to the delivery area based on an analysis of the inquiries that regularly come our way. Our fundamental assumption is that growth must go hand in hand with listening to the customer. The expansion of the delivery map is another step in implementing Goodspeed's strategy, which aims to cover the whole of Poland in the coming year - emphasizes Marcin Kichner, Chief Business Officer (CBO) Goodspeed.
