Goodspeed will reach another 600,000 residents in Poland

Goodspeed will reach another 600,000 residents in Poland

Goodspeed, a leader in temperature-controlled logistics for the diet box meal industry, is expanding its delivery network to more than 400 new towns and villages in Poland.

As a result, another 600,000 residents across the country will be able to use the services of healthy meal delivery producers. In effect, Goodspeed now reaches nearly 6,000 locations in Poland.

The expansion of delivery zones covers all voivodeships. The regions where the most deliveries to new localities have been launched are: Małopolska, Silesia, Łódź, Masovia and Warmia-Masuria.

The share of smaller towns in meal box deliveries is growing

Changes in the delivery structure clearly show that the share of large cities in the healthy meal delivery market is steadily declining in favour of smaller towns.

In 2022, almost half (47%) of all deliveries were made to cities with over 500,000 residents. Nearly three years later, in 2025, their share fell to 35% (as at the end of September 2025). Over this period, the importance of smaller localities clearly increased – villages, towns with fewer than 10,000 residents and locations with up to 100,000 residents now account for 40% of all deliveries combined, compared with 25% three years earlier.

Greater sales potential

Including additional localities in the delivery zones is an opportunity for healthy meal producers to increase sales and expand their presence in regions that were previously not served.

Just three years ago, healthy meal delivery to your door was a product available mainly in large cities. Today we reach places where, until recently, the logistics of meal boxes were unprofitable or technically difficult. We can see that the market is decentralising rapidly – demand is growing in smaller towns, and consumers, regardless of where they live, expect the same quality and regularity of deliveries. More than 400 new localities have been added to the delivery zone on the basis of an analysis of enquiries that regularly reach us. Our core premise is that growth must go hand in hand with listening to the customer.  Expanding the delivery map is another step in delivering Goodspeed’s strategy, which aims to cover all of Poland in the coming year - emphasises Marcin Kichner, Chief Business Officer (CBO) Goodspeed.
