Rafał Szcześniewski

Head of Sales

He is responsible for the group's sales development. He has over 17 years of experience in logistics and e-commerce operations. A graduate of the Faculty of Transport at the Warsaw University of Technology, and a Lean Black Belt. Co-founder of Omnipack, he has served as both COO and CEO. He has also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at companies such as Mięsna Paczka and Menlo Electric.

Marcin Kichner

Chief Business Officer

Responsible for the implementation of the Group's development strategy, international expansion, and the development of the technological ecosystem for the diet catering industry. He builds and develops relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Previously, he gained experience in the financial sector and with meal kit manufacturers.

Karol Majecki

Finance Director

Responsible for the finances of the Goodspeed group (Caterings, Foodango and StockEasy). Previously associated with a Big Four audit firm: KPMG.

Michał Juda

Chief Digital Officer

Responsible for digital products and the technological development of the Goodspeed group ecosystem. Entrepreneur and creator of digital businesses. He created StockEasy, a purchasing platform that reduces food costs, which was acquired by Goodspeed. Previously, among other roles, he was the co-founder of the fashion platform Showroom.pl, acquired in 2019 by the Danish player Miinto.

Jakub Gierasimiuk

Head of Foodango

Responsible for the development of the Foodango.pl boxed diet sales platform. Supports diet producers in scaling their sales.

Łukasz Załęski

Customer Success Manager at Caterings

Helps meal prep delivery companies grow: from the packing station to the software. Previously, as the COO of a meal prep delivery company, he scaled the brand from scratch to approximately 2,000 deliveries per day within 4 months, while improving packing efficiency by 30% using lean methods.
